It's Wellness Month at South Everleigh and there's all sorts of classes, some free, some for a fee to get people out of the office and into action. Pickleball, Yoga, Sleep Hygiene, Pilates and even Bonsai and getting your colours done!
This week's timetable is here and 22-28th timetable is here - including massage and manifestation among other things!
And of course, there are plenty of great takeaways to have lunch in the sunshine (or a great IGA to knock over the grocery shopping if you need to).
If you want to put a joyful spring in your step, head over to Everleigh and grab a hoop!
(As I pottered about afterwards, I noticed the history section and workshop near Brew Dog. I'll be back with the Wednesday Club to do some welding...) I am constantly amazed at how much goes on in Sydney that you are unaware of...you just have to look!

I remember the hula hoop as a child, I am not sure if I could do it now.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
It's good to get out and exercise doing something fun. I did the hula hoop in my youth. I was pretty good at it. How fun.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Lydia. Hugs. ♥
Great post.
ReplyDeleteI remember the fun as a child doing the hula hoop. All the programs you have to choose from should keep you busy for awhile. I do love the sky shot perspective.
ReplyDeleteI was unsuccessful in hula hoops as a child. One of my regrets is not being persistent in learning.

Keeping active and fit is a good idea at any age, but more so as we get older. Your new activity sounds wonderful, Lydia. Thank you for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
ReplyDeleteI like the concept of a wellness month. I'm pretty active but it would be nice to try new things.
ReplyDeleteWOW—what a gigantic view of the sky! It makes me wonder: How high is the sky, actually?
