Do you get the scale of it? Boomtish! |
VIVID's 10th birdthday |
So ignore the complaints and see for yourself.
There is beauty in the darkness, awash with colour, the city dazzles.
In the laneways at the Rocks there were barely any people at all!
No people at all outside the MCA |
Crowds? What crowds? |

Alas, Sydney is about 10,000 miles away but if I could get there, I would simply have to take similar images. Looks great and whatever the negative press is, keep ignoring it! Headed over from #mysundayphoto
ReplyDeleteAh Sydney. We are turning into world-class whingers! I can't believe all the negativity that I have been hearing around Vivid. It has been a few years since I last went, but I loved every minute of it. Will definitely be heading back in when my little one is old enough to appreciate it (if all the whingers haven't had it cancelled by then).
ReplyDeleteLove the photos, looks fantastic! #GlobalBlogging

Sydney seems to be a great place for lights and for celebrations. One day, I'll hop across to see it for myself.
ReplyDeleteI love coloured lights at night. We have a lot around our float cabin home. They are especially cheerful during the long dark nights in winter. - Margy
