“Summertime is always the best of what might be.” ― Charles Bowden

Only a few weeks ago I was starting the morning with beachside yoga and while I was determined to keep it up when I got back, without the beach part, that has unsurprisingly failed.

I really do need to work on the stretches though. As we head into colder weather, these beach pictures make me smile wistfully, for the season just gone....

  1. Wow, a wonderful scenery - this first picture is great. Yes, summer is a great time - but the other saisons have their benefits too.

  2. Dear Lydia, great photos! I understand your longing - because here too we long for warmth 😊. However, I'm sure that if it gets too warm, we'll long for the coolness again πŸ˜‰. A little gymnastics can't be bad even if it's getting colder. We kept ourselves warm with it in winter 😁

Have a good weekend and a perfect start to May!

  4. Lovely photos, Lydia. It's hard to be resolved about resolutions. I've resolved not to make them... However, my smart watch has other ideas and constantly needles me to do more exercise. And who am I to argue with the voice of technology? Thanks for hosting.

  6. Oh man, after yoga on a beach, doing inside a studio would be challenge.
