Beach season

Over the holidays, I went to the beach a bit - not so much a regular beach goer, even though Sydney has over 100 beautiful beaches but on weekends away with friends. At Currawong and at Hawks Nest up the NSW coast.

These pictures are of Hawks Nest, a laid back little town in a beautiful bush setting.

While we aren't meant to sunbake, I do like to dry off in the sun, reading my book. Sun screened up, of course!

It really feels like Summer.

#Allseasons linky runs from Thursday to Wednesday each week.

Link one post that shows something seasonal. Traditional weather wise, a seasonal nature marker or a seasonal celebration.

Make sure you link back to this  #AllSeasons post.

  1. Your photo captures are lovely. While the temperatures here are in the 30's Fahrenheit with strong winds and the remains of snow, I dream of warmer days to come!

  7. Beach season is the best. Here you can visit the beach all year long not just Summer. Most sundays we have been taking my daughter's dog for playtime at one of our local beaches.

  8. Gorgeous photos! I would love to be there, though I know too much about Australian water life to dare to go in the water.

  10. Wow, really beautiful beaches!! So strange to see your summer pictures when it's been 20's F here with 50 mph winds! I didn't know about your link-up but will definitely join the fun! I've been looking for some sort of nature photo link-up :)

  11. Wonderful summer pictures! Edi and I aren't beach-sitting fans either, but this beach seems nice and relaxed, with only a few people, even we could stand it for a while 😊. Enjoy the summer! I have winter pictures for you today...
    All the best, Traude
