Greek Easter is not until the 20th of April either, so I'm not entirely sure why the decorations were already out at Alpha.

Our Greek friends took us out for lunch to say farewell after their 6 weeks here. I was very sad to say goodbye as it had been lovely sightseeing with them. Lots of laughs and harbour filled days.

I've not been to
Alpha for many years but the food is still delicious.

Has anyone else noticed Easter seems to have come early?

ReplyDeleteyum that food looks really good. NO doubt Easter stuff is in the shops here too.
ReplyDeleteSix weeks holiday in Australia - great....And greek food - always good. We are used to it as we have travelled many times to Greece and Greek Islands as Crete, Rhodos, Kos.... I like the fried zucchinis most.
ReplyDeleteHave a good time and all the best

Looks like a good time was had by all, Lydia. This year good sense prevails and Western/Eastern Easters coincide. I don't know why they just don't all agree to have Easter on the third Sunday of April every year! We had hot cross buns in the supermarket on Boxing Day here in Melbourne. And I noticed all the Easter merchandise is already half price in all stores... Thanks for hosting and have a great new week (Nick from MAP).
ReplyDeleteThe food looks great and I bet it was a fun time for all. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
