Spice Alley set for both celebrations
It's that time of year. This Saturday is Valentine's Day and you have the whole day to celebrate. For those in Sydney, there's a few idea here.
And of course, for those who do nothing to celebrate it, just remember the Lunar New Year festivities start in Sydney on the 14th Feb, so you can welcome the Horse instead! Thai Town also has their Lunar New Year festival that night. Tickets here (free).
Something for everyone!

Hello my dear – I wish you a wonderful Valentine's Day and a great start to the Year of the Horse. I don't celebrate either, but on Monday we took our grandchild to see the wild horses that live in a floodplain about an hour away from us. It was a sort of accidental celebration of the Year of the Horse 😉. Unfortunately, I don't have a post about it yet, as I'm very busy with my travelogue. In virtual Canada, it's currently September, so late summer there. That doesn't match our time of year at all, but it suits yours 😊.

Strangely enough I didn't see alot of advertising here around this day, maybe people just don't get into it like they use to.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine´s Day . Nice pics with the hearts. Sorry, but I don´t have a Valentine´s post to link up. Lunar New Year Festivities are nice happenings I think.
