Ten Thousand Suns - Sydney Biennale at Chau Chak Wing Museum


The Sydney Biennale is spread around town, and one of the free gallery space where it is located is the Chau Chak Wing Museum. This little museum in Sydney Uni holds a great collection of antiquities but also space to host the visiting art collection. 








Entry is free (as always). 



Well worth a visit if you haven't been before.

    Well, that is a gem of a little museum, Lydia! I remember the museum at the University of Melbourne when I was a student there was rather modest and quirky. Then it was enlarged and became more mainstream. Now it is being enlarged and renovated yet again and I look forward to see it in its new manifestation. Thanks for hosting.

      We were there the weekend we saw all the Egyptian artifacts they've put into storage. They were small and gross and I don't believe anyone would really miss them...but they could also remove all the animals in jars too...it's a very gorgeous set up now. I hope Melbourne gets the same sort of financial boost.
