Anyway, dancing shoes and attitude primed and ready to party!
Australia's Festival Season is nothing like the European one, but for now, it's all I got! Do you have summer plans?
Note - this pic was taken a Pub Choir the other night...as the festivals are yet to happen.
For those that don't know Pub Choir, it's like this and travels around the world (to UK and US at least) as well as all over Australia and NZ. Great fun.

The pub choir were amazing, especially since most people I know remember the words and music of I Want to Break Free. I loved the women singing the first line and the men repeating it.
ReplyDeleteWish I was there
Dear Lydia, I'm happy for you that the warm season and festival season are starting for you. Here it's the other way around (although there are also autumn festivals, but we don't have any plans and prefer to meet up with friends without a festival)... But in my post I have a piece of spring for you (which was a few months ago for me but is still "very close to me").
ReplyDeleteThe video from The pub choir is really touching - so many people singing together with so much joy and passion!
All the best from Austria, Traude

I wish you a wonderful festival season with great concerts and acts. We are going to have winter in a few weeks...the concerts will be indoor. Have a good time and all the best
ReplyDeleteVioletta
...have a festive time!
ReplyDeleteThat's great, Lydia. Lots to see and enjoy. Thanks for hosting and have a great new week. (Nick from MAP)
ReplyDeleteFestival season looks so very cool. That choir is super amazing. Very cool. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll enjoy the season, Lydia. Love the pic. Thank you for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
ReplyDeleteLove both videos, but the choir is amazing. Wow. Would love to see them in person.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Hugs. ♥
Very nice
ReplyDeleteTwo new2me songs. Thanks for the introduction and for joining the 4M party, Lydia. Have a boogietastic week, my dear!
ReplyDeleteYour festive season looks like fun! I love the 2nd video...if it was in my neck of the woods, they'd be singing to quietly and off key! Lol.
ReplyDeleteVery cool!

Both good picks. I liked the beat of the first song and who can dislike Queen songs - these singers had good voices, too. Summer? For me, that's too far away. Way too far away.
ReplyDeleteOh my, that choir, I'd love to part of it! The video brightened up a dull wet cold winter's day for me!
ReplyDeleteFun times ahead with your festival season.
