I've been missing my walks by the harbour, and while they are well in my 10 kms, they get very crowded and busy, so I've cut them out.

ReplyDeleteThe Sydney Opera House building is stunning and unique, but the foot of that bridge is also impressive. Suggests so much solidity ...
DeleteHave a fine day, Lydia! And thank you for visiting and commenting!
Looks like a beautiful day for a walk. Thank you for your Sydney photos and for linking up with #weekendcoffeeshare.
ReplyDeleteI sure have walked some of those places but Barrangaroo was still in development when we left Sydney. I really do want to visit ONE day... Denyse
ReplyDeleteIt's just a tad out of your 5kms at the moment! ;)
DeleteThank you for sharing these beautiful Sydney tidbits and photos.
ReplyDeletemerci pour ces très belles images de Sydney !
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place to walk!
ReplyDeleteI prefer candid street photography as opposed to street portraits, so I never ask for permission. Most of the time people don't even know I took a picture. This time the woman asked if I took a picture and I said yes. Then if I remember correctly she took my picture. :-)
Thanks for taking us on your walk Lydia, one day I'll be able to get back up there to see those glorious views. #weekendcoffeeshare
ReplyDeleteHi Lydia. We are back to needing masks to shop at most places and I'm just tired of it. My walking is almost fully in our own backyard now which does not have any views as great as your post above had. Thanks for a quick look at the outside world.
ReplyDeleteBlessings.
Sydney really is at its best on a blue winter day.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed those photos what a lovely walk and that deep blue sky heheh!
ReplyDeleteHave a walktastic week 👍
Great photos. It must have felt so good to be back looking at those familiar sights once again. Things are almost back to normal here in the UK. Sadly having broken my foot frustratingly I am back to square one again and can't get out and about.
ReplyDeleteOh no! That's just cruel! Hopefuly a swift recovery!
DeleteGreat pix! Thanks so much for sharing at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2021/08/warm-strawberry-puff.html
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos and yay getting out and walking no matter how far it was.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful photos! When we were on lockdown here in the states getting out daily for hikes and walks in the woods was definitely my best way to stay sane and happy and calm.
ReplyDeleteWe are able to out and about. 75% are vaccinated. But we will remain in stage 3 as cases start to rise dramatically among the unvaccinated.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy getting out and wandering the city!
What a nice space to walk! I love walking by the water.

I'm glad you took us along on your walk. There's a lot to see and you took lots of photos, like I do :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your link at My Corner of the World this week!
Lovely shots, Lydia. Glad to hear you're hanging on in there. We're almost as bad as you with lockdown restrictions and a constant on case numbers every day. I think most people are suffering from lockdown fatigue to some extent. Being able to walk somewhere as lovely as your photos does a world of good for your psychology!
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
