Inside and Out

I have been to a few shows at the Opera House since VIVID started and I only just noticed they were lighting up the inside as well.

What we take for granted, we don't really see. The same with people.

Make sure you notice the little things the people around you do, say and are going through.

Always remember that what's being shown on the outside might be completely different to what is happening inside.

As I head to my last VIVID soiree tonight, I'm lamenting that it's all coming to an end for another year. I can't be too sad, I've been to a number concerts, talks and of course, seen all the wonderful lights!

  3. You have done amazingly well. Thanks for all you do share. The opera house inside is always special but lit up, even more so. My then HSC daughter sang solo with her school's jazz band on the main stage in 1989. Will never forget that!! Denyse x

  5. Very clever to point out that what is going on on the outside doesn't always reflect what is going on on the inside ... with people! Look at the eyes, notice what is said, not said, done, not done. On another note, this week I am LOVING the fact that I had two nights away in Melbourne with my daughter and we saw Part 1 and Part 2 of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and it was absolutely brilliant! Loved it! :-) #TeamLovinLife
