Think of all the ladies on the Titanic that waved away dessert.

I'm not a huge fan of dessert (but I'll eat 10 entrees if you let me). So it is ironic that one of my favourite sayings is about dessert.

Think of all the ladies on the Titanic that waved away dessert.

Fitting with my year of yes campaign, that I'm reinstating, I won't wave away anything - experiences, not just food, because I don't know whether it will be my last chance to enjoy it.

Flippancy aside, think about it. It's sad.

World's shortest #SunshineSunday - now get off the computer and enjoy the weekend!

  1. I've seen a few people doing the say yes campaign. One of my aunties did a year of me a couple of years ago because she was sick of being pushed and pulled by everyone else.

Thanks for linking up and apologies that the sunshine sunday post didn't publish properly.

  3. The very reason I said yes to a GF red velvet cupcake and iced chocolate today for morning tea after being good with my food this last week! Ok, to be honest I also said yes because I was greedy... ;)

  4. I love this post!!! I am totally with you and I too are trying to say yes to experiences even if I think they are "not me". Recently we went camping and had a blast, it was a great result from saying yes to something that was "not me" :-) p.s I never wave away dessert :-)
