ISO reflection

Trees
A sign off  in an email from the director of the Sydney Festival gave me comfort this week, so sharing as I think it's helpful to hear as we slowly ease out of this mess. "There will be so much need for a recovery and when the time is right we will be there. Until then stay safe, crank up the music and dance a little bit longer".

The joy is out there, waiting to be had.

  1. The joy might be out there, but my fellow country people (United States) want it and want it now - they are not taking great care (some scoff at how serious this pandemic is, too) as the weather warms, and I fear what the next two-three weeks will bring to our country. 1. My take on the careless ones is stupidity is soon punished...the problem is their careless attitude will affect those around
      them.

  2. It's time to phase into opening our countries. Safely and follow the rules. I live in the U.S. and we've been shut down for two and a half months. Some things are finally opening, but many are not.

Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous day and week. ♥

  5. It's hard to believe this is going on so long. Here in NC, we see our numbers rising, and people are getting sick of the restrictions and beginning to flaunt them. This can only make things worse. Pray for the health and safety of everyone here and around the world.

    1. You stay safe! That's a worry if people are flaunting restrictions while numbers are rising.

  6. And truer words were never spoken, Lydia. While we begin to enjoy all the "restricted" things that are getting "derestricted", we have to exercise care, prudence and restraint - yes we can dance!
Thank you for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.

  7. I too have to agree with Alana's response for I live near Chicago (about 45 minutes away), and I live very close to Aurora (about 10-15 minutes away - it's the next town over). There was rumor to the fact that there was going to be another march through the town I live in last night or tonite. Please pray for us that maybe they've come to their senses and quit! I live out here because of the peace and harmony Chicago does not have or Oaklawn which is the next town over from Chicago. I lived in Oaklawn & then I met my husband 31 yrs. ago. He said come with me and I shall show you peace & harmony, love & happiness, and he did. I hope it continues. I know why they march, and personally I don't care you want to change your life you're the only one that can do it. Peace to everyone and blessings from the Lord. Amen Have a wonderful safe day my friend and stay healthy!
