Covid feels

While making a delivery in an industrial area, I really felt the COVID blues. It seemed to be a visual of the isolation and changed lifestyle this year has brought.

This photo  is for #WeekendReflection. Like the negative image of the skull and the images reflected in the windows, our life is currently reflected in pieces, feeling distorted and distant.
This tag is popping up all over Sydney - it's surprisingly cheerful, amidst the ugliness

And, of course, the new normal.

  1. "Life reflected in pieces," that skull is inverted like a Reflection. I did a double take on my one with my inadvertant selfie seems to my reflection with a disjointed arm.
I like your clothesline shot, umique. But I have missed the significance of "Energy".
We liked our 2013 four day stay in Sydney.

    1. There used to be a guy that wrote Eternity (back in the 1020's) all over Sydney. This Energy with the spark at the end has started appearing all over Sydney. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but it makes me smile when I see it. I think maybe the world is becoming a little flat (emotionally) and the 'Energy' is trying to spark us back up...

  2. I had missed that the "Energy" tag ended in a spark--fun!

  4. Your photos capture the mood. After several months of isolation I think most of us are feeling a bit down. Hopefully the mood and the news will improve. Keep safe and keep well.

    1. I was really down but I went home and danced hard to 15 mins of the Timmy Trumpet Tomorrowland set and I was pumped again after that. I think we just have to work really hard on the self care and keeping in peak form (diet and exercise wise).

  5. It never seems to get better here--our numbers go down then up then down then up. I'm just trying to be as careful as i can!
