This weekend I managed to find myself south in Austimeer,
East in Randwick,
North in Cottage Point
and (Nor)West in Kellyville (I forgot to take a photo while at the Ettamogah pub).
I also spent a very great day in the beautiful harbour.
What did you get up to?

Nice shots you've shared this week Lydia, it's a great part of the world! #lifethisweek
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! I love 'Share Your Snaps' week on #LTW!
ReplyDeleteSSG xxx
Ettamogah is my old stamping grounds - we were in Castle Hill. And one of my fave spots is Cottage Point Kiosk! Great pics. Enjoy your week...
ReplyDeleteCan you believe I didn't take a photo?! As we looked for a park I thought 'must get that' and then totally forgot! What a dummy!
DeleteGorgeous Sydney, where I spent my first 30 years of life. I love the Harbour and lived on the lower North Shore so each school holidays we would catch the bus to Circular Quay and then the Ferry to Manly. Thanks for the memories. x
ReplyDeleteNice photos I thoroughly enjoyed them :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a photographictastic week :-)
Beautiful landscapes!
ReplyDeleteThe harbour is such an iconic sight.
ReplyDeleteWorth a Thousand Words
Oh wow! My youngest wishes we lived there. My oldest wishes we lived in Canada. We just really don't like our leadership right now in the US.
ReplyDeleteYou would like ours either. But we have a change coming soon - hopefully! (Tho I'm dubious much will improve...just more of the same with a different face)
DeleteThese are beautiful photos! I've never been outside of North America, but I'd love to visit Australia someday .
ReplyDeleteThe beach look peaceful!
ReplyDelete...I can see why Sidney is a popular travel destination, such beautiful images. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteVery enjoyable images.
ReplyDeleteYou do get around and I get to see the pics. As a kid living in Wollongong we visited Austinmer to see my great aunt. Nothing flash about Austinmer then because it was a coal miner's town like most from there down the coast. The school I last taught at is around the corner from the Ettamoggah Pub at Kellyville Ridge. True Kellyville (where we lived from 1978-93) is up towards Castle Hill along Windsor Road!
ReplyDeleteNext week's optional prompt for #lifethisweek is 11/51 It's MY Favourite. Denyse.
Really like the bridge photo, and oh to be at that shore with the waves rushing to kiss my toes. :) Thanks for visiting and linking.
ReplyDeleteLove the beaches
