I have been whining about the rain, but a little rain is not too bad. In fact there are some benefits beyond filling our dams and watering the garden.
The street lights sparkled on the road in a way that made the city feel it was washing away it's sins and starting anew.
Because I was keeping my head down, I saw these on footpath.
Taking photos without the correct gear lead to some mistakes that amused me no end.
That all said, I had planned to walk to the Writers Festival each day but there's far too much rain for that. I'm getting soaked just getting to and from the car!
But my little dog will need her walks each day so there's no avoiding it completely! As the Danes say "There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes".
