The skinny vertical parts of the bird seem inadequate to support all the horizontal extravagance and weight. But the ostrich still walks with pride.

DeleteI’ve never seen an ostrich or an emu in its native habitat, but the rheas we saw in Patagonia made up for it. Those huge birds are amazing.

I think ostriches are adorable... their long, lashed eyes! And how curious they are! I'll have to show you such funny giant birds at some point. Today you'll get whale pictures, I can imagine that you'll like them 😊
